If you’re new to Relevance, here is one of the most commonly asked questions when clients first start to work with copywriters and marketers. Coincidentally it’s also one of our pet peeves.-Should I give complete control of my platforms to Relevance, or should I only give partial control so that I can help guide?
A: We know that you have been doing this on your own for a long time. And it’s hard to relinquish control and to trust that someone else will do the job right. But please, trust us when we say this- in 90% of scenarios, It is 10x better to give us complete control and trust us to do the job, than to try to handle parts of it yourself still.
That will often just lead to confusion and complications.
Here’s what you can do instead. Make sure you are clear about your goals, about what you do and don’t want posted etc, about how you want people to perceive your company.-What if your ideas aren’t working?
A: Figuring out what is going to work great for you and your company, to be able to take it to the highest levels we can, is our goal. There is going to be bumps in the road. Everything is a learning curve. Every industry is a little bit different. Please do not expect perfection on every performance.
But here’s what we do promise, that we will work our keyboards to the base learning your industry and what it is that will bring your sales to the highest it can be.-Can I bring my ideas to you?
A: Absolutely you can present your own ideas and we will certainly consider them. But please remember that marketing, advertising, copywriting, all of these things are what We do professionally. And we know what works. When we present you with an idea, we are confident that it will have results. If we turn down one of your ideas, there is likely a good reason for it.Please don’t ever be afraid to ask questions. We are happy to answer.
